The Winter Realtor Golfing Network is a 12-week indoor golf league exclusively for real estate agents, lenders, and industry partners who want to:
- Stay connected and grow their referral network
- Keep their golf game sharp all winter
- Have a fun, low-pressure way to build real relationships
You’ll compete in rotating challenges and 2-player scramble formats using GSPro 4K courses and the Foresight launch monitor – one of the most accurate systems in the game – for the most realistic winter golf experience.

League Format:
- Teams: 2-player teams compete against each other in a friendly yet competitive format.
- Holes Played: Each match consists of 9 holes on a featured course.
- Auto-Putt Enabled: Auto Putt is set to 6 feet.
- Scheduling: Teams will have 12 weeks to schedule and complete all 6 courses. You set the time that works best for your team to hit the course! Your initial back-nine score becomes your official league score for that course… unless you choose to risk a replay.
If you’re not satisfied with your back-nine score, you have the option to try to improve it by playing the front nine (holes 1–9) on the same course.
The front-nine score is treated as a second attempt for that course.
The new score on the front-nine is your final score.
All course play will be live streamed so other teams can watch the action in real time.
- Back Nine Championship: The top teams will compete in a playoff format for an overall team championship and bragging rights!

League Courses
Round #1 - Whispering Pines
A GSPro original that’s constantly mentioned as one of the best-looking 4K courses in the library. The layout weaves through tall pines with plenty of elevation changes, water, and risk-reward par 5s—perfect for stroke play and scrambles. It’s challenging but fair, so mixed-skill leagues can enjoy it without anyone feeling beat up.

Round #2 - Paynes Valley
Modeled after Tiger’s Payne’s Valley in Missouri, this is a must-play league course. Wide fairways and generous landing areas make it very playable for higher-handicaps, while the green complexes still demand precision from better players. Don’t forget the separate 19th “bonus” hole—it’s an awesome closest-to-the-pin contest for side games.

Round #3 - Cabot Cliffs
Cabot Cliffs offers stunning oceanside visuals and dramatic cliff-edge holes—amazing on a projector and perfect for marketing shots for your Back Nine Network leagues. The course mixes short, gettable par 4s with intimidating forced carries over ravines and coastline. It’s ideal for mid-season: enough difficulty to separate the field, but still a blast for everyone.

Round #4 - TPC Sawgrass
DPC Sodgrass brings Players Championship drama into your sim bay. The routing is tight with plenty of water and doglegs, and of course it features the iconic island-green 17th. Great for match play or final-week league rounds where one swing can flip the standings. Players will talk about their 17th-hole shots all winter.

Round #5 - Wolf Creek
Bandon Dunes (and its sister course Bandon Trails) is one of the best links-style options on GSPro. Wide fairways invite aggressive lines, but pot bunkers, rumpled fairways, and wind exposure demand strategy. It’s an excellent league course when you want to emphasize course management over pure distance and let smarter play rise to the top.

Round #6 - Steamsong Blue
Both Streamsong Blue and Black show up on “best course” lists thanks to their modern, dramatic design and strong visuals. Blue is a great medium-difficulty league choice with wide fairways and interesting greens, while Black ups the challenge with more forced carries and complex complexes. Rotating between the two gives your league variety without changing the overall vibe.
